I cannot find what I’m looking for on the online shop?
Unfortunately due to the varied amounts of products and services we provide it is impossible to list everything on the online shop. Please go to the Contact Us page and let us know how what you are looking for and we will gladly assist if we can.

Can I pay directly via EFT or in-store?
Yes definitely, for direct EFT please follow the checkout process and select the Direct EFT option. If you would like to order and pay in-store please use the Contact Us page to arrange. Alternatively use the Payfast option for Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Cards for online payment.

Is pickup from the store available?
Yes, when checking out please select the option that you will pick up from the store. Please do note that our store is in Brackenfell, Cape Town. To see where we are see the map at the bottom of the Contact Us page.

Is delivery to a Postnet or PEP or DSV near me possible?
Unfortunately not, deliveries are made ‘to your door’ be it your home or work place. Be sure to use the tracking number for your delivery should you not receive it within 2 to 4 working days, depending on how far away you are. We will keep you informed during the process as far as possible.
