Returns or Refunds are only allowed on non-custom made items hereafter called ‘stock items’.
Where an items was a custom made item and you wish to apply for a return or a refund you can send a complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org only if one or more of the following applies:
- The item is not the item you ordered.
- The product is not in line with the approved artwork.
Items damaged for custom made itemsduring courier cannot be regarded as being eligible for a return or a refund – please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Should your order not be custom made, and has arrived damaged at the time of delivery, a request for a replacement can be lodged at email@example.com
MD Branding reserves the right to issue a replacement or a refund at all times.
Approved refunds will result in your account being credited.
